Review policy

How we approach reviews.

Product facts

Pricing, plan details, features, availability, and policies can change. We aim to verify current product details before presenting them as facts.

Editorial judgment

Recommendations and fit assessments are analysis. We distinguish those judgments from vendor claims.

Firsthand experience

We do not claim to have tested or used a product unless that experience is real. Research-based reviews should not be written as hands-on reviews.

Comparisons

We compare products around the buying decision: fit, capabilities, limitations, workflow, pricing, and alternatives. Different buyers can reasonably reach different conclusions.

Updates

Material factual errors should be corrected. Product pages should be revisited when important pricing, feature, or policy changes make the existing guidance inaccurate.
